What kind of repairs do you do?
Domestic and commercial repairs with a focus on doors and security: dropped or misaligned doors, failed multipoint mechanisms and gearboxes, lock and cylinder replacement, garage doors and general maintenance. If you're not sure, call and ask.
Which garage doors do you work on?
Up-and-over, roller, sectional and side-hinged doors, manual or automated. We replace springs, cables and rollers, repair or fit motors and remotes, and tell you honestly whether a repair or a replacement makes more sense.
Can I use my CCTV, intercom or alarm from my phone?
Most systems we install can be checked and controlled from a smartphone app. We set it up and show you how it works before we leave.
Will my locks meet my insurer's requirements?
Many home insurance policies ask for BS 3621 mortice locks or high-security euro cylinders. Check your policy wording and we'll tell you whether your doors comply, then upgrade them if not, usually to TS007 3-star cylinders.
Does my CCTV need to follow data protection rules?
If your cameras capture areas beyond your own property, such as the street or a neighbour's garden, UK data protection rules apply. We position cameras and set privacy masking to keep coverage to your property, and fit signage on commercial sites.
Do you work with landlords and businesses?
Yes. Lock changes and repairs between tenancies, door entry for HMOs and shared buildings, CCTV, alarms and access control for premises, and planned or reactive maintenance for managing agents.
